This Ejectment is brought to recover Five Begahs and Two Cottahs of Land scituated at Kidderpore in Bengal.
Kidderpore is a Village, about two Miles from the Court House, lying close to a small River, commonly call’d by the English Kidderpore Nullah. This River is the Boundary Southward of the Town of Calcutta, of which the River commonly call’d the Houghly River is the Boundary North-Westward, and the Marrattah Ditch, which exists in many parts, and the line where it once was, in other Places, are the boundaries, North-East-ward, East-Ward, and South-East Ward, to the place where that ditch, or line where it once existed, meets the Kidder-pore Nullah, and from that place that Rivulet is the Boundary.
