the King his Crown and Dignity. And the [ILL] aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do present that the said Collypersaud Ghose is [a] person subject to the Jurisdiction of this [ILL] by having committed the Felony aforesaid in the Town of Calcutta and Factory of aforesaid.
