the amount of the Sums paid for him with Interest on them at Twelve per Cent amounted to Six Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty Three Sicca Rupees less than the Sum, mark’d to be Levied on this Writ of Execution, and these Words taken literally may be true, for above Five Thousand Rupees of the Money were not paid for him, but were paid to the Defendant.
