But of the proceedings of the Court, and of every thing done at that trial this Exhibit seems to be the best evidence, and admission of the Plaintiff or Defendant made there, are sufficiently proved by this Exhibit sworn to be Mr. Monk (who took them down) in like manner as they might be proved by Witnesses who heard them, if they had been made elsewhere.
