as a Stipend reward and full Compensation for the trouble Labour and Services of the said James Inglish Keighly in his said Office of Resident at Bauleah aforesaid without any Charge of Commission agency or Brokerage or otherwise being allowed by the Complainants to the said James Inglish Keighly on any advances made or any Goods whatsoever bought provided or procured for the Complainants at the said Factory of Bauleah.

For that the said Defendants William Barton hath not Setforth whether the Bengal wound Silk was not generally provided at Some Settled price by Contracts or agreements made annually or pretended to be made with Some native or natives of Bengal.

For that the said Defendant William Barton hath not Setforth whether it was not the particular Duty of the said Resident to Superintend manage and Direct and Conduct the Business of the Filature in the said Bill mentioned and to purchase the Silk worms and to manufacture the same in the cheapest and but manner possible and to charge the said Complainants the Sum he actually paid for the
material
