a true Copy thereof is not annexed to the said Bill by way of Schedule and marked with the letter A nor if the Schedule A does not Contain a true Copy of the account current furnished by the said James Inglish Keighly wherein it differs from the original nor in what particular is it erronious.

For that the said Defendant William Barton hath not Setforth the whether the said Silk instead of Costing the Sum of Current Rupees Seven hundred and Twenty one thousand and one, five annas and Six pice so charged the said Complainants as aforesaid could or did in fact Cost the said James Inglish Keighly more than the Sum of Current Rupees Four Hundred and thirteen thousand Six hundred and ninety one Five annas and Six pice nor if more how much more.

For that the said Defendant William Barton hath not Setforth whether Schedule marked with the letter B does or does not Contain a true account of the prime Cost of the Cocoons and of the Expence of the manufacturing the same in the Filature.
