Filature mode nor whether the price there stated are or are not fully equal to the average prices which from the year one thousand Seven hundred and Seventy Eight to the year one thousand Seven hundred and Eighty two were paid for the same and particularly in the District Subordinate to the said factory of Bauleah.

For that the said Defendant William Barton hath not Setforth whether in the said District the price both of the Cocoons and of labour was not then nor whether it is not now as cheap as in any of the Silk districts in Bengal and much cheaper than in the Greatest part of them nor whether the Cocoons are or are not so abundant as not only to Supply the said Complainants Factory with all that can be there worked upon but also to furnish the manufacturers of Raw Silk in the neighbouring districts with Great quantities.
