For that the said Defendant William Barton hath not Setforth whether the said Robert Palk and William Barton and the other members of the Board of Trade instead of checking and Controuling the said James Inglish Keighly in his said Extravagant charges and Discovering the same to the said – Complainants did not Connive at and assent to the same and actually share in Some Degree or proportion the profits which were made by the said James Inglish Keighly at Bauleah aforesaid.

For that the said Defendant William Barton hath not Setforth whether the said James Inglish Keighly Robert Palk William Barton and the said President and members of the said Board of Trade did or did not well know that the best Sorts of Bengal wound silk had been Supplied to the said Complainants for Twelve or fourteen years preceeding the Establishment of the said Board of Trade at the rate of Six Sonaut Rupees per Seer or thereabouts on an average
