For that the said Defendant William Barton hath not Setforth whether the several persons named by the said James Inglish Keighly in the letter aforesaid as having made the proposals for Contract therein mentioned were not either the Servants or Dependants of the said James Inglish Keighly or persons under his influence or the influence of his Banyan or were not the children or Dependants of such persons or whether Some of the said names were not fictitious names used for the occasions nor if not he hath not Setforth who and in what Stations of life or Employment the said persons respectively were
