Twenty first
For that the said Defendant William Barton hath not Setforth whether it is not true that all the said proposals were made under and by the Direction of the said James Inglish Keighly or his agents nor whether the same were not made for the purpose of inducing the said Complainants to believe that he had advertised for proposal and that the offers of Dattaram Ghose and Annunderam Sircar which he recommended to the said Robert Palk were the best which had been made or for any other and what purpose.

For that the said Defendant William Barton hath not Setforth whether the offers of the said Dattaram Ghose and Annunderam Sircar were not in reality the offers of him the said James Inglish Keighly nor if not of whom they were the real offers.
