or at any other and what rate on an average nor whether the best five lettered Putney Silk and the best lettered Tonnah Silk might or could in the said year one thousand Seven hundred and Seventy nine have been manufactured bought or procured by the said James Inglish Keighly in the districts Subordinate to the Factory at Beauleah at the rate of Six and a half Sonaut Rupees per Seer, or at what other price in particular.

For that the said Defendant William Barton hath not Setforth whether if the said James Inglish Keighly did not at any Time put up such [adintigement?] as in the Bill is mentioned He did not put up the same at or against Some place where the same would or could only be seen by his own Servants and Defendants nor whether he Circulated the same through his districts many and what manner nor whether the notice Given of any was Given, was not so Short that no persons had time or opportunity to make real offers nor if any real offers were made at a fair and reasonable prie by persons willing to contract on their own account they were not Suppressed by the said James Inglish
