Silk whether Filature or County wound by him purchased at or near Bauleah or in the neighbouring districts was not the Seer of Seventy Six Sicca weight.

For that the said Defendant William Barton hath not Setforth whether the said James Inglish Keighly did not Deliver all the Silk or the Greatest and what part of the Silk by him Sold to or provide for the Company at or from the said Factory at Bauleah by the Seer of Seventy two Sicca weight nor whether the same was or was not at the rate of Sonaut Rupees Six, ten annas and one pice, or Sicca Rupees six [ILL] annas and Six pice per Seer of Seventy two Sicca [ILL] nor whether if the Statement contained in the [ILL] schedule B is not accurate and true wherein the [ILL] is erroneous nor corrected the same by setting forth a just and true account of average prices of the Seven articles Comprised in the said account.
