Thirteenth
For that the said Defendant William Barton hath not Setforth whether the said James Inglish Keighly ever did in truth Sustain any such loss by the Exchange of Sicca Rupees into Sonauts or whether any loss was Sustained nor whether the same was or was not very Considerable and not nearly so much as the Sum charged by the said James Inglish Keighly on that account nor nath he Setforth truly what that loss was.

For that the said Defendant William Barton hath not Setforth whether the said Robert Palk and William Barton and the other members of the Board of Trade or Some and which of them had or had not long been in the habit and practise of sharing with the said Complainants agents or Residents at their Filature or Silk aurungs and with other silk Contractors the profits which were made by suppling the said Complainants investments with silk nor whether he did or did not well know that the price
