material and workmanship and for every other article of Expence relating to the said Filature. Raw Silk and no more nor whether it was not also his duty when ordered or required to receive proposals for the investment of the Bengal wound Silk to be provided at Bauleah to obtain the lowest and best Terms possible for the Complainants and to point out to the Complainants any frauds or imposition which might be attempted to be practised upon [them?] by any person or persons whatsoever and to discover the real and fair price at which the Bengal wound Silk ould be honestly provided for the said Complainant.
