the said James Inglish Keighly in Consequence of the said paper by him pretended to have been affixed at the Factory Gate as aforesaid nor whether the said offers were not upon much lower and how much lower Terms than those he proposed to Give to the said Dattaram Ghose nor whether the same were not Suppressed and never Comunicated to the said Board of Trade by the said James Inglish Keighly.

For that the said Defendant William Barton hath not Setforth whether the said William Barton and other members of the said Board of Trade did not well know the Same nor whether their future Conduct has or has not proved that they well knew the same.

For that the said Defendant William Barton hath not Setforth whether the Sum of Three hundred and Twenty two thousand Eight hundred and Eighty Eight Current Rupees nine [ILL] Six pice in the said Bill mentioned to have been paid to the said James Inglish Keighly for Seven hundred and fifty one maunds twenty one Seer of Filature Raw Silk was not at the rate of Current Rupees Twelve
