which were Issued by the said Complainants or by the Governor General and Council or by the said President and members of the said Board of Trade or Some or one of them to the said James Inglish Keighly on account of the said Contract nor whether the said William Barton and Jacob Rider did not each or one of them received from the said James Inglish Keighly Some part or Share of the profits made or Expected to be made from and out of the said Contract or Some douceur present or Emolument from and out of or on account of the same nor whether the said part or Share of the profits.
