which were Issued by the said Complainants or by the Governor General and Council or by the said President and members of the said Board of Trade or Some or one of them to the said James Inglish Keighly on account of the said Contract nor whether the said William Barton and Jacob Rider did not each or one of them received from the said James Inglish Keighly Some part or Share of the profits made or Expected to be made from and out of the said Contract or Some douceur present or Emolument from and out of or on account of the same nor whether the said part or Share of the profits. Douceur presents or Emolument was or was not received by the said William Barton and Jacob Rider Respectively either immediately from the said James Inglish Keighly or from the President of the said Board of Trade or one and which of them or from some other person or persons and whom by name nor whether if no specific sum was paid to the said William Barton and Jacob Rider as a share or proper time of the money or other valuable thing Contributed by the said James Inglish
