and members of the said Board of Trade and dated the Eleventh September one thousand Seven hundred and Eighty one did not Complain of the enormous and heavy losses which he had their already Sustained by his Exertions to provide the best materials for Compleating the investment to be then provided under the said Contract.

For that the said Defendant William Barton hath not Setforth whether again in another letter dated the Eleventh of January one thousand Seven hundred and Eighty two he did not Represent to the Board of Trade the Difficulties he had Laboured under for the means of realizing the said Investment by reason of the heavy discount on the said Complainants Bonds nor whether the said Board in Consequence of the said representation did not advance him the Sum of One Hundred and Twenty five thousand Current Rupees in Certificates entitling him to Bonds as aforesaid dated first may one thousand Seven hundred and Eighty one or any other and what date and bearing on interest of Eight per Cent per annum from the said first
