Impey came first, I beleive precisely at Nine or sooner. I was in Court not more than fifteen minutes after Nine, and Chambers came about half an hour after Ten.
There remain’d for Trial two Indictments for Conspiracies to defraud Men of Goods, in which One William Bailey, and Ram Ram Bose his Sircar or pretended Sircar were concern’d, beside the Indictments for Capital Offences, which were Seven Indictments for Murders, and two or three for Burglaries.
Kidder.
Was Tried for stealing two Silver Rings and other things the Property of Antonio. He was found Guilty.
