Mr. Mewman, Moved for a Rule that the Defendant should Return instanter in Open Court, a Writ of Habeas Corpus which had been Issued to him, dated the third of this month, and returnable to me at my house immediately: and a Rule was made according to the Motion now made by Mr. Newman.
