Plf fraudulently, & without any application to the Sheriff, got possession of above 200; but that complaints being made to the Sheriff of this he got the ground which Plf had taken measured by Mr. Seton’s people, & Mr. Seton to prevent unfair practices went thither himself; that Sheriff then gave notice to Plf that he was ready to deliver to him the 150 Bigahs which he had purchased, and would send persons for that purpose
