Executors & Administrators firmly by the said bond & writing Obligatory with a recital thereunder written whereby the said Dustah Gool is mentioned to have borrowed & received of the said Matruss Shawin the full & just of Sicca Rupees five thousand to run a interest at the rate of twelve per cent per annum at the Expiration of six months from the day of the date thereof And Conditioned that if the above bound Dustah Gool her heirs Executors or Administrators should well & truly pay or cause to be paid unto Matruss Shawin his heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns the full & just sum of five thousand Sicca Rupees together with such interest as should or might become due thereupon then the said obligatory to be void & of no effect otherwise to continue in full force & virtue to the great damage of the said Dustah Gool against the form of the statute in that case made and provided & against the peace of our said Lord the King his Crown & Dignity. And the Jurors aforesd upon their oath aforesd do further present that the Matruss Shawin otherwise called Martirus Shahin is a person subject to the Jurisdiction of this Court by having committed the offence aforesd within the town of Calcutta and Factory of Fort William in the Province aforesd. And the Jurors aforesd upon their Oath aforesd do further present that the said Matruss Shawin otherwise called Martirus Shahin being a person of evil name and fame & wicked Deposition & contriving
