and administrators firmly by these present in Witness whereof I have hereunto with my hands and seal in Calcutta this seventh day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty eight Whereas the above bound Dustah Gool hath borrowed and received of the abovenamed Matruss Shawin the full and just sum of five thousand Sicca Rupees to run at Interest at the rate of twelve per Cent per annum at the expiration of six months from the day of the date hereof. Now the condition of this obligation is such that if the above bound Dustah Gool her heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto Matruss Shawin his heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns the full and just sum of five thousand Sicca Rupees together with such Interest or shall or may become due thereupon then the obligation to be void and of no effect otherwise to continue in full force and notice to the great Damage of the said Dustah Gool to the Evil [Exampt?] of all others in the like case offending against the form of the Statute in that case made & provided and against the Name of our said the King Crown & Dignity
