Impey pronounced the Sentence for Execution, on Thursday, which being Christmas day, an order was immediately made by the Court, and directed to be enter’d by the Clerk of the Crown to respite the Execution untill next Monday December 29th.

Tried for the Murder of Lother Biass.
The Prisoner Hurry Bullub Biass, and the Man Murder’d were both Servants of Cossinaut Baboo. They were both Bramins of that Sort which the Hindoos employ to dress their Victuals, and were employ’d by Cossinaut for that purpose.
The Witnesses proved that Hurry Bullub had attack’d Lother while he was asleep in the night, and had given him three wounds with a sword, one on the Wrist which cut him to the Bone, another nearly to the bone on the same arm near that Elbow, and the third on the Leg.
