to Hurry Bullub was found near the room where Lother slept, and the Sword was found a little Bloody near the room where Hurry Bulub was found conceal’d. Hurry Bullub was brought before me while Lother was alive, and had then acknowledged he had wounded the Man because he used constantly to abuse him. and this confession not being taken in writing was now verbally proved.
Verdict. Guilty of Manslaughter. But it was a verdict contrary to Law and the Evidence
