the said Caveat of the said Elizabeth Fenwick [ILL] so with Drawn, and he shall have obtained Letters of Administration to the Estate of the said James [ILL] Ross, and on the said Elizabeth Fenwick’s endeavouring the said Alexander Colvin by Granting him a [ILL] for an Equal amount in Case he should ever [ILL] be called upon and compelled by the Decree of a [ILL] of Justice to repay the Sum so to be Paid to the [ILL] Mrs. Elizabeth Fenwick on account of her [ILL] against the Estate of the said James Lindsay Ross as aforesaid, well and truly Pay or Cause to be Paid [ILL] the said Elizabeth Fenwick the said Sum of [ILL] thousand five hundred sicca Rupees or whatever (not exceeding the said sum of twenty thousand [ILL] hundred sicca Rupees, shall appear by such [ILL] to be really and truly due to be sworn before the said George Francis Grand Esquire, in manner aforesaid also well and truly pay or Cause to be Paid to [ILL] Elizabeth Fenwick or her heirs Executors [ILL] or assigns the further sum of Five thousand [ILL] Rupees within nine Months from the Day the said [ILL] shall be with drawn and he shall have obtained [ILL] of Administration to the Estate of the said James Ross, over and above the said sum which shall [ILL] by the said affidavit to be due for the Balance [ILL] her said account then this obligation to be void no Effect or else to be and remain [ILL] force [ILL] virtue.
