Defendant Nauderah Begum would become possessed of all the Goods, ready money, Property and Effects whatsoever which belonged to the said Shahbaz beg Khan in his Life time. That the said Defendant & Nauderah Begum returned for answer to the said Cojah Zekeriah that, if he the said Cojah Zekeriah had prepared such deed of Gift or Hebah Nama, He had done it of his own Accord. That the Country they were in was under the Government of the English, where such Acts would not be suffered, and that an Attempt to set up such a paper would bring disgrace both upon him the said Cojah Zekeriah and upon her the said Nauderah Begum. That the said Cojah Zekeriah then told the aid Nauderah Begum in reply to her aforesaid Objections to rest contented, and not to make scrupulous objections to a plan that would put her in possession of so much Wealth and property, that upon so saying the said Cojah Zekeriah went away for that time but came again on the following day about two Indostannee Gurries before dark. That upon coming to the Door of the Apartment of the said Nauderah Begum, he the said Cojah Zekeriah called aloud to the said Nauderah Begum, in the hearing of the deponent and desired the said Nauderah Begum to send out to him the said Cojah Zekeriah the seal of the said Shahbaz Khan deceased, that
