Complaint prayed for against this Defendt. And this Defendt further answering admits that on or about the [ILL] in the said Bill of Complaint mentioned the Judgement of this Honourable Court was given for this Defendant the Plaintiff, in such action against the several Defendants therein with damages to the amount of 3,00,000 Sicca Rupees, and as this Defendt is informed and believes for the further sum of 9,208 Sicca Rupees for costs in the said action. And this Defendant further admits that on or about the time in the said Bill of Complaint for such purpose mentioned such writ of tieri Facias mentioned in the said Bill of Complaint was duly sued out and Issued upon the said Judgment and that the then sheriff of Calcutta on or about the time in the said Bill of Complaint in such purpose mentioned did return that he had levied of the Effects real & personal of the said Cauzee Sahdee and the Complainants Behader Beg, Muftee Golaum Muckdoom, and Muftee Burkuttullah to the amount of 47,574 Sicca Rupees & ten annas. And this Defendant admits that write of Capias ad satisfaciendum was so sued out and issued against the said several Dependants in such action for the remaining sum of 2,61,634 Sicca Rupees then due upon the
