Trial was supported by willful and Corrupt perjury on the part of Cojah Zekeriah Ghyrut Beg and other Witnesses produced on the part of this Defendant in the said Cause – and this Defendant denies that the proof of the respective validity of such two Deeds was Supported by the Perjury of any person whatever And this Defendant admits as aforesaid and for the reasons aforesaid that no Evidence whatever was adduced in support of the said two Deeds or Instruments upon the Trial of the said Indictment and that the same was quashed for informality or insufficiency in legal form without the merits of the same being at all enquired into otherwise then during the Trial of the said action at Law in which the said two Deeds were established as aforesaid And this Defendant further answering says that she never did give out and pretend that the said Judgment at Law was given by this Honourable Court upon either and different Grounds and Supported by other and different Evidence than that which wen to establish the validity of the said two Deeds or Instruments that had no such Deeds or Instruments been produced in Evidence at the Trial of the said Cause this Defendant would nevertheless have recovered the same or perhaps larger Damages in the said action but this Defendant says that she has been informed and believes that many Witnesses and a variety of other Evidence was adduced on the Trial of the aforesaid action in Support of the Claims
