commit to this sole conduct care and management the affairs and concerns of the Estate and Property of the said Shah baz Beg KHan deceased if he the said Newul Sing would assent to and give his aid authority and assistance to a scheme and make affidavit of Facts which Ghyrut Beg and Cojah Zekeriah would communicate to him on behalf fo this Deponent And this Deponent positively saith that she never did authorize or direct any person whatever to signify or communicate to or inform the said Newul Sing of any declaration matter circumstance or thing to any such or the like purport or effect, And this Deponent therefore further says that she firmly believes that information to any such or the like purport or effect never was given or communicated to the said Newul Sing as in his aforesaid Affidavit is stated and setforth And this Deponent further saith that it is not true that Kubbeer Beg who has sworn an affidavit as she is informed
