Deponent also further positively denies that Cojah Zekeriah ever told this Deponent, that Behader Beg Khan one of the Complainants in this cause being a relation and the adopted son of the deceased Shabaz Beg Khan could not well be excluded from a participation or share in the Estate effects and property of the said Shabaz Beg Khan but that he the said Cojah Zekeriah had considered of a method of setting him the said Behader Beg Khan aside which if agreeable to this Deponent he the said Cojah Zekeriah would put in practice And this Deponent positively denies that the said Cojah Zekeriah ever used or uttered any words to this Depot to any such or the like purport or effect And this Deponent positively denies that she ever enquired of the said Cojah Zekeriah by what means he meant to effect such purpose And this Depot also positively denies that the said Cojah Zekeriah ever told this Depot that he had prepared a Hebanamah or Deed or Gift or an Ekraraum or Deed of General Declaration which he the said Cojah Zekeriah would Authenticate upon Oath provided the seal of Ghyrut Beg could be procured and affixed
