further positively denies that the said Mohutterin ul Nissa Begum ever did to the knowledge or belief of this Deponent affix the seal of the said Ghyrut Beg either to the said Hebanamah or Ekraraum by which this Deponent has claimed the property an Effects of the said Shabaz Beg Khan deceased as in the answer of this Depot to the Bill of Compaint filed in this cause is at large set forth, And this Depot further saith that the Affidavit said to be made in this Cause by the said Mirza Ghyrut Beg deceased relative to the several matters last aforesaid And the several circumstances pretended to be attended thereon are severally and respectively to the best of this Deponent’s knowledge information and firm belief wholly feigned false and untrue, And this Deponent therefore does not believe that the said Mohutterin ul Nissa Begum ever did give to the said Ghyrut Beg any such information as in the aforesaid Affidavit so said to be made by the said Ghyrut Beg is for such purpose setforth.
