said United Company and their deponents LallahSobachund Shaik Buddee ud deen further severally say that they Verily believed that such reasons and only such reasons as last aforesaid dod actually prevent and intimidate the said Bhode Mull from making such affidavit before mentioned on the part of the said Defendant in this Cause And this deponent Benjamin Turner for himself saith that on the said Twenty first day of October Instant he the said Benjamin Turner did accompany the said other deponent Lallah Sobachund and Shaik Buddee uddeen to the office of William Chambers Esquire then and now Keeper of the Records and Munisments of this Honourable Court in Calcutta and that he the said Benjamin Turner did then and there shew to the said Lallah Sobachund and Shaik Buddee Ud Deen a certain paper writing in the Persian Character Marked (P) which was shewn to the said Benjamin Turner by Charles [Duncan?] a Clerk or writer in the service of the said William Chambers and which by the Translation thereunto annexed appears to bear date the Eleventh day of Ramzaun in the year one thousand one hundred and ninety of the Flight of the Prophet and was as appears by an Indorsement made thereon in the hand writg (as the said Benjamin Turner believer) of James Durnford Clerk of the papers and depositions and reading Clerk in this Honourable Court with whose Hand writing this deponent is well acquainted having often seen him write,) read in this Honourable Court on the eighth day of December One thousand seven hundred and seventy eight and
