Turner then and there give into the Hands of the said Lallah Sobachund and Shaik Buddi ud deen who in the presence of this deponent Benjamin Turner respectively minutely Examined and Compared the Persian signature thereto with the said paper writing in the Persian Character called Ekrarau marked P and read in this Honourable Court on the said eighth day of December one thousand seven hundred and eighty eight as aforesaid and which said last mentioned paper writing Called an Ekaraum had at the particular request of this deponent the said Benjamin Turner been then and there brought by the aforesaid Clerk of the said William Chambers to the office of the said William Jackson for the purpose of Comparing such last mentioned paper writing Called and Ekraraum as aforesaid with the signature of the said affidavit of the said Kheemnarain as aforesaid And then deponents Lallah Sobachund and shaik Buddee Ud Deen further severally say that they did then and there respectively minutely examine and Compare all and every the Persian writing and Characters on the said Persian Paper Dated the said Eleventh day of Ramzaun and purporting to be an Ekraraum as aforesaid with the signature to the said affidavit so made by the said Kheemnarain & the said Lallah Sobachund and Shaik Buddee ud Deen severally say that they do not and cannot believe that any part of the Persian Character and
