Deponent Lollah Sobachund further saith that he doth not believe that the said Kheemnarain nor any other Hindoo did write the said paper writing in the Persian Language and Character Dated the Eleventh day of Ramzaun and purporting to be and Ekraraum as aforesaid because this deponent Lollah sobachund saith that the said Ekraraum as aforesaid because this deponent Lollah sobachund saith that the said Ekraraum hath the following words written in the Persian Character at the top or head of the said paper in the same hand writing and Character with the body of the said Ekraraum to wit “Yussilla ala Mohommed o alehi o sallam,” which words this deponent the said Lollah sobachund verily believes were not written by a Hindoo. For this deponent the said Lallah Sobachund saith that he has been and is acquainted with many Hindoos conversant in writing and who used to write the Persian Language and Character but has never hitherto known or even heard of any Hindoo who would or ever did write such or the like words as are above mentioned to be written at the Top or head of the said Ekraraum as aforesaid And on the Contrary this deponent Lallah sobachund saith that in the place of such last mentioned Persian words it is usual for all Hindoos to put at the Top of papers written by them in the Persian Language and Character the Persian Letter or Character Aleph signifying thereby that there is only God and this deponent Lollah sobachund lastly saith
