For Deft No 6. Affidavit of Budyud Deen, & Delmeer KHan
Delmere Khan entered into the service of the said Defendt Nauderah Begum and has continued in her service ever since and is now in her service. And the Deponent shaik Buddee ud Deen for himself saith that he entered into the service of the said Shabaz Beg Khan about four year previous to his death and that he continued in his service untill the time of his death which happened at or about the time for such purpose above mentioned And the said Buddee ud Deen further saith that he continued in the service of the said Nauderah Begum for the space of three years or thereabouts after the death of the said Shabaz Beg Khan. And that he the said Buddee Ud Deen afterwards left the service of the said Nauderah Begum and went to his own House and about a twelve month ago again entered into her employ. And these Deponents severally say that they are respectively personally acquainted with Mr. Benjamin Saunders of Calcutta Clerk to Mr. William Hickey the attorney for the said Nauderah Behum and with Owen John Petruse of Calcutta Interpreter to the Honourable Mr. Justice Hyde and then Deponents further severally say that
