both of whom this Deponent was personally acquainted and both of whom were respectively examined & give Evidence in the said Cause, wherein the said Nauderah Begum was the Plaintiff and the said Behader Beg, Cauzee Sadi, Muftee Golaum Muckdoom and Muftee Burkutullah were the Defendants, are also severally & respectively since dead; and this Deponent further saith that Shabaz Beg Khan, about six or seven months previous to the time of his death, came on a visit to Calcutta and that this Depot as well as Syfoola Consumah in the affidavit of Mootiram Chobday made in this cause named then came with the said Shabaz Beg Khan to Calcutta. And this Deponent positively saith that the said Shabaz Beg Khan while in the way on his return to Patna aforesaid, the usual place of his residence, actually discharged the said Syfoola from his service, and that the said Syfoola was not again taken into the service of the said Shabaz Beg Khan till about ten day or a fortnight previous to the death of the said Shabaz beg Khan. And this Deponent positively saith that the said Syfoola was not in any manner employed by, nor was the said Syfoola in any manner attendant on the said Shabaz Beg Khan, from the time he was so discharged untill the time
