he was again taken into the service of the said Shabaz Beg Khan as aforesaid. And this Deponent further saith that, about six or seven years previous to the death of the said Shabaz beg Khan, he did hear that the said Shabaz Beg KHan was about to go to Cabool; but this Deponent further saith that he did not hear, nor unstand, nor doth he believe it to be true, as Sworn by Mooteram Chobdar in his aforesaid Affidavit, that the said Shabaz Beg Khan about three or four months before his death or at any time within the said four months before his death publickly announced to any of his attendants and servants that it was his intention to give up his Residence in Indostan and retire to his native Country Cabool, nor doth this Deponent, as far as he can positively judge, believe that the said Shabaz Beg Khan had at any such time last aforesaid any such intention. And this Deponent further saith that he never did hear nor otherwise learn or understand nor doth this Depot believe it to be true that the said Shabaz Beg Khan did at any time (during the time that this Deponent was in his service as aforesaid) in the Dewan Khana, or in any other place, express himself very much or in any manner displeased with Nauderah Begum, the Defendant in this Cause, and alledge for reason of such displeasure that she the said Nauderah Begum had positively refused to accompany him the said Shabaz beg Khan on any intended journey to Cabool, and this Deponent saith that, had such been the case, he this Deponent very believes he must have known it, because this Deponent was constantly in the
employ
