when he went away. [ILL] hopes of benefit from the air, to Chittagong, they wrote Letters to him with advice concerning his Health. They demand in all Five Hundred and Three Sicca Rupees. They Charge at the rate of Half a Gold Mohur for each visit, some times both went in order to meet in consultation with Doctor Campbell, and some times both Mr. Stark and Mr. Robertson went togather without meeting Mr. Campbell, and when ever they both went, they charge One Gold Mohur, a for two visits, the same sum as they have charged if they had gone to visit him separately.
They say they wrote five Letters to Mr. Pritchard on the subject of which had consulted Doctor Campbell, and for that consultation and writing the Letters they charge a Gold Mohur for each Letter.
Mr. Smith, apprentice to Mr. Robinson and Mr. Stark was examined for the Plaintiff, and Mr. Perkins late Clerk to Mr. Pritchard and Mr. Campbell the Principal Chirurgeon here, and commonly call’d Doctor Campbell, and Mr. Clement Francis, another Chirurgeon
