1778. 3 Term. Wednesday June 17.

Present
Sir Robert Chambers
&
Mr. Justice Hyde.
There were nothing but common motions. My brother Chambers said he thought it would be convenient to have two days in every week appointed particularly for Ecclesiastical business in every Term, because many of the Rules of the Ecclesiastical Court, have reference to certain Court Days, as things to be done, the first, second or third Court Day after, but on those days, he would also have other business done. I think this would be convenient, but then I think the Ecclesiastical business on those days should come on first, and after that other business.
