1778. 3 Term. Thursday June 18th.
Thursday June 18th 1778.
Present
Sir Robert Chambers
&
Mr. Justice Hyde.
Some common motions, and among them One to admit a Guardian to an Infant Pauper, Defendant as Tenant claiming title in Ejectment: It now appear’d that Mr. Gardiner had on the first day of the Term enter’d Judgment against the Casual Ejector, which he was in strictness intituled to do: but the Court being inform’d that Mr. Gardiner had undertaken not to enter up the Judgment in this, which was a Pauper cause, on Mr. William Chambers the Receiver of Petitions, having spoken to him on the Subject of this cause the first day of the Term.
