be Murder, that is Petty Treason in the present case, if they believed she thought what she had done was attended with great danger to his Life; but if they believed she thought it was to do him no other harm than giving him a temporary intoxication or Madness and not to in danger his Life, then it was only Manslaughter, and the Jury found her Guilty of Manslaughter.
Verdict. Guilty of Manslaughter.
