An Action on the Case, in which it being necessary to prove a Judgment of this Court on a Bond sign’d by Mr. Hosea, the Plaintiff not having given notice to the Prothonotary to make up the Record of that Judgment, the Record was produced without the Judgment being enter’d on it, and therefore the Plaintiff was non suited.
