be Received by the Defendant, for the use of the Plaintiff.
He contended also that this Evidence did not even amount to a confession that he had Money in his hands belonging to Mr. Grant.
But my brother Chambers and I agreed in opinion, that this Evidence did prove an acknowledgement of so much money belonging to Mr. Grant in his hands, and that immediately on that acknowledgement it became so much money received by him to the Use of the Plaintiff.
And we gave Judgment for the Plaintiff, for the Balance of the account, after allowing the Money received in Part, according to this our Opinion.
