A Witness for the Defendant Swore that the Defendant sign’d by compulsion. He said the Defendant was carried to the Servant by a Peon of the Plaintiff’s and by another Peon of the Company’s Dewan. That the Defendant when he sign’d said by my account I owe you nothing.
The Plaintiff had relied on the Count on the Insimul Computassent, and it being proved the Account produced was sign’d by compulsion, there was by direction of the Court,
