Exd on voir dire, admits hims: a Credr of Wade & Matthews for R13 A8 only. On this the the Advocs for Deft objected to his Testimony bec: the assignment, though in favour of Plf in the first place, as (after they are satisfied) in favour of the Credrs in genl & [ILL] they, he is interested in the establishment of that agreement. Hereupon Mr. Davies, for Plfs, withdrew the witness, in that arguing the objection; as I understood he thought he could do as well without him—
