John Doe by [G.B. Kisa] his Ally complains agt Maria Teresa Watson who is a settled Inht of Cal & therefore a person subject to the Jurn of this Hon Co for that
Whereas the sd M.T.Watson with force and arms entered into one piece or parcel of Ground with the Appurtit [ill] [ill]ed at Kiddapore new Gurga in the Province of Bengal for said containing [ill] Cottahs which Bancharam Gose had demised to the said John Doe for a Term which is not yet expired to wit from the 1st day of Jany 1770 To have and to hold the said Piece or Parcel of Ground
